The core of the workshop is Phase 3: you design a real AI workflow for your submitted business process, with facilitators working alongside you.
Built for decision-makers, not developers.
Led by practitioners, not trainers.

Most organisations do not have an AI problem. They have a process problem that AI can solve. This workshop helps you find it, design the solution, and walk out ready to implement.

Common questions
Do participants need a technical background?
No. This workshop is designed for business leaders, not developers. If you can describe a business process, you can complete this workshop.
What do participants need to prepare?
Each participant submits one business use case before the workshop: the process, the pain points, the data involved, and the desired outcome. This is what makes the workshop practical, not theoretical.
Can this be run at our office or location?
Yes. We deliver this workshop in-person at your chosen venue, at one of our programme destinations (Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Paris), or virtually.
What tools do participants use during the workshop?
ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools are used hands-on during the workshop. We also cover implementation tools like Zapier, Make, and Notion. All access is provided.
What happens after the workshop?
Each participant leaves with a documented action plan: their use case, their designed workflow, the tools they need, and their next three steps. Optional follow-up consulting is available.
How is this different from other AI workshops?
You work on your actual business problem, not a case study. The facilitators are active AI practitioners (not career trainers) who build production AI systems. You leave with a designed solution, not just knowledge.
